Hi, I’m Emma.

With over 10 years of experience across government, non-profit, private sector and small business environments, I’ve supported CEOs, leadership teams and business owners with executive assistance, project coordination, systems improvement and day-to-day operations. 

I’ve worked in fast-paced roles where organisation, discretion and strong communication are essential, and where getting things right the first time really matters.

I also understand small business from the inside, because I run one myself. I know what it’s like to juggle client work, admin, emails, invoicing and everything else that comes with trying to grow something while also keeping it running. That experience shapes how I support my clients. I don’t just tick off tasks, I look at how to make things simpler, more efficient and easier to manage long term.

My background includes executive support, governance and board administration, reporting and dashboards, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, event coordination and general business operations. I’ve also supported small businesses directly with inbox and diary management, systems setup, customer communication and operational overflow.

Across my career, I’ve helped improve workflows, strengthen systems, coordinate large-scale events and recover over $800,000 in missed revenue through detailed auditing and reconciliation work. I bring a mix of big-picture thinking and practical, hands-on support, depending on what the business needs.
